The HBRI assessment reveals a person's business reasoning skills, how well they can solve problems, make decisions, close a deal, interpret data and so on. Two types of problem solving are evaluated - tactical and strategic.

The assessment consists of a series of work and business relevant questions that has been proven to predict performance in a wide variety of occupational settings.
