Personality Assessment

This instrument attempts to bring clarity about who we are and what are our natural strengths and preferences. The instrument based on Carl Gustav Jung's theory of types gives us insight into four key dimensions of our personality.

  • How we prefer to gather information from the external world

  • How we choose to process that information?

  • What kind of decisions do we usually make based on this information?

  • In what way does these decisions influence our behaviors and actions?

This report, also provides valuable guidance and insight with respect to our careers, relationships, and personal growth.

Personality can be defined either as what we think about ourselves - "Me as I know myself" or it can be defined as what others think about us - "Me as others know me'.

This report attempts to identify and describe our natural preferences - what we "PREFER" to do in both, that is the outside world (overt behavior) and the inside world (our thinking style). This report describes the person that they are most comfortable as, and their most natural responses to everyday and usual situations.
