"Thinking the Unthinkable" is a twenty-hour workshop aimed at helping teams and organisations build their business foresight skills. The workshop introduces you to a structured process of being able to scan the periphery, identify weak signals, visualise the future and other requisite skills necessary for building business foresight as an organisational strength.

Think Better is a workshop aimed at improving decision making skills. Our "Decisions" are probably the most important contributions we make for the organizations we work with.  This workshop aims to build "decision making" as your specific business skill, by helping you identify your specific strengths, your inclinations, and your challenges.
