The jump from campus to career must be well aligned to the natural strengths and interests of the individual. In my professional practice I have observed that young people often struggle with their professional choices, because the choices they make about their careers are not aligned to their natural strengths and potential. The key to work life balance is also found in the right alignment between natural strengths we have, career choices we make and continuous learning that we seek.
