Hogan Business Reasoning Inventory HBRI

The HBRI assessment reveals a person's business reasoning skills, how well they can solve problems, make decisions, close a deal, interpret data and so on. Two types of problem solving are evaluated - tactical and strategic.

The assessment indicates how quickly you can take optimised decisions and successfully perform in the position you are applying for, and how fast you will learn to successfully perform in the required position. It evaluates a person's ability to solve problems and make business related decisions using textual graphic and quantitative data. Individual differences in this cognitive capacity enhance performance in every significant domain of human action.

The assessment consists of a series of work and business relevant questions that has been proven to predict performance in a wide variety of occupational settings. The report has three components, each providing unique information about how the individual makes decisions in business and workplace contexts.
