With nearly 20 years of experience (1994 - 2010) in B2B and B2C sales, marketing, and development, I have worked across various industries, including software, paints, industrial adhesives, acrylics, commodity and construction chemicals, as well as ready-mix concrete.
I excel at recognizing new learning opportunities for individuals, teams, and organizations. In role as a training manager at ACC, I assisted our middle and senior-level managers in identifying and managing risks through an innovative learning initiative called "Thinking the Unthinkable." This program focused on cultivating foresight as a business skill.
